Warehouse Operative

We are looking for individuals that can work Monday to Friday as part of an exciting new friendly team, to provide Warehouse support to a fantastic contract packing company.

Shifts & Pay Rate:

Day shift - Monday - Friday 7.45am – 4.30pm.

Weekly pay

30 minute lunch and a 15 minute break

Key Requirements and Duties for the Warehouse Operative role include:

• Unloading containers (will include some heavy lifting).

• Palletise stock correctly - quantity, style, colour etc

• Following manual handling procedures correctly.

• Moving stock in the warehouse using pallet truck.

• Stock control.

• Shrink wrapping pallets.

• Moving and bailing rubbish/ cardboard.

• Picking and packing items.

Experience & Qualities required:

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however full training is provided.

• Heavy lifting is involved and correct manual handling procedures must be followed.
